Creative and Technical Group: How to adapt the latest technology & digital security changes in 2022

Business leaders are increasingly under pressure to adopt digital systems, software products, pay monthly services, tools and apps, yet do not always have the skills, experience and time to perform an objective evaluation of the benefits to their business.

Steve Borwell-Fox will outline a strategy and tactics for evaluating a new software product and increasing the likelihood of them obtaining the benefits they need.

This presentation will outline a few examples of software products and Apps that support business functions including HR, Time Recording and CRM.

Steve will then give some tips about how to evaluate and decide on the best solution for your business given a choice of three to evaluate from the many 100s or even 1000s of products available.

In addition, Steve will cover digital security considerations, as your business data, and maybe your customer’s data are now entrusted to a third-party, yet you are ultimately responsible for this data if it were breached, lost or manipulated.
